Sport Psychology

The margin between success and failure in sport is extremely small. And often mindset is the determining factor in how well athletes are able to perform under intense pressure.

I work with athletes to help them better manage their thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that they can achieve their full performance potential.

I offer in-person and virtual one-to-ones and workshops to individual athletes and teams, and have worked with both juniors and adults in the following sports: fencing, football, squash, cricket, rugby, rowing and many more.
